Crystal Report with setup

hi friends
what is the required files that must be attached with the setup package
cause i got a problem when i install my program it gives me an error cause of crystal report files.

If U are not a registered User U can find the Key Number for Crystal reports in Help menu.Copy that and paste when asked for registrartion key...
under Regwiz.msm merge module...bufore your build

but here the problem not with the installation of crystal report itself but with my program.

i have a program used visual basic and i use crystal report for the reports
the program is working fine and i made setup package for it and i install it
with the same system that crystal report installed but when i run my program it give run time error.
so what is the proplem here with the run time error and what the crystall report i should includ with with the setup package.
